Kara Clemens teaches this six week series to novice and experienced dancers alike. You will learn basic dance technique as well as engage your creative mind in this invigorating dance class. We will move together in as many ways as possible in this 75 minute class which will include a warm up and cool down. Re-ignite your brain and body to begin your day with renewed energy and focus! Scholarships available.
No dance experience or special attire required!
