All Levels 3:30-4:45
This class is available for all levels to develop technique, vocabulary, and a progression of skills on the aerial fabric. Students from beginner to intermediate will receive individual instruction to progress at their own pace.
Teens & Adults 4:45-6:00
Curriculum will focus on safety, learning beginning shapes, climbing and descent skills, foot locks, and slip knots. Students will progress at their own pace with a one-to-one ratio with trained teacher and aide. Particular attention will be paid to developing student confidence and vocabulary as they gain familiarity with the apparatus.
Conditioning & deep stretching 6:00-7:00
This is an all levels/all ages class aimed to improve your aerial practice and overall physical fitness. Students will be lead through exercises on the ground and in the air to increase your strength, flexibility, and stamina. Advance body alignment and proper technique.
