This series of gentle movement workshops begins its 5th year with eight weeks of classes in collaboration with South Peninsula Hospital, led by instructors Dottie Harness-Foster, M.Ed., GCFP, and Rich Kleinleder, PTA.
Having trouble moving around due to pain from arthritis, weakness, or neuromuscular issues such as Parkinson’s disease or a stroke? Feel like your balance is not very good and you are afraid of falling? Wish your brain was working like it used to? Want to get better but have a hard time motivating to exercise on your own?

Join us for an hour of guided movement activities designed to increase strength, balance, and posture as well as to engage your brain. Live music promotes rhythmic movements in a fun and supportive social environment.
