Mary Epperson Day Celebration & Annual Meeting

Homer Council on the Arts will hold our customary celebration of Mary Epperson’s birthday and 2019 Annual Meeting on June 7! These free events will honor a paragon of the Homer art community and provide meaningful connections with other creatives and supporters of the arts.

Outdoor Festivities from 4-7pm with music, cupcakes, popcorn, and a community mural painting with artists Carla Cope and Sarah Banks. Come have some fun and make your mark! Marimba band Tamba Hadzi will wow us with the sounds of summer!

Annual Meeting at 7pm, open to the public, with music and the presentation of our 2019 Annual Arts Awards will be held in the gallery after First Friday opening of Karen Roush’s exhibit “Abstract Metaphors.”

Minimal parking for those in need at our lot; extra space available across Pioneer Ave at the HERC building.
