Our Programs
Homer Council on the Arts offers programs for all ages at all levels of artistic development: programs to light the creative fire, as well as feed, nurture and stretch artistic potential. HCOA recognizes and honors artists with exhibits, contests, awards and scholarships. Programming features local as well as national and international artists which inspire all of us whether we aspire artistically or are simply fed by the artistry of others. Our annual Faires, gallery sales, and opportunities to teach classes and workshops provide economic opportunities for artists, and support the creative economy of the community.
