The goal of the Youth Fine Arts Scholarship Program is to encourage youth to continue intensive artistic endeavors during the summer.
Scholarships are available to students currently enrolled in grades 6 through 11, who are attending school in the Lower Kenai Peninsula, and who plan to return to school the following year.
Students submit an application which are available March 1st every year. Interviews are scheduled during the second week in April. Performing artists are adjudicated during the interview. Dancers are adjudicated prior to a Jubliee rehearsal. Winners are announced at the Jubilee Performance.
